Usability testing
Usability testing is the most recognised and accepted way of identifying key usability problems with an interface is to conduct usability testing with real potential users.
Using either our testing centre or field based testing with your customers on site (e.g. in head offices or in branches), we can assess how users behave on the your website, intranet or application to help identify usability issues that may prevent users from completing common tasks online.
By identifying common issues experienced by a small number of users, having one-on-one in-depth discussions with real users and understanding why customers behave in a certain manner, we can often propose solutions to address issues and increase conversion rates. Usability testing is a qualitative method and provides rich data about how customers think.
