Our approach
Having worked with you to understand your users and your business Peak Usability can analyse your website and identify issues with its usability. Our experts have a couple of tools at their disposal to highlight issues with your design:
1. Cognitive walkthrough
- a scenario and persona based expert walkthrough of the site in order to identify points of confusion or barriers to task completion.
2. Heuristic evaluation
- an expert evaluation against user goals and known design conventions and usability heuristics.
Depending on the type of site or application, we may also be able to provide some examples of best practice design for your industry.
The whole evaluation process generally takes between 5-10 working days depending on the size of the website or application.

What do we deliver?
We provide you with a usability evaluation report which highlights high, medium and low severity issues. Utilising our expertise and knowledge of human factors and web usability, we make recommendations to address the key issues to improve your website or application's user experience.
If required, we can work with your team after the evaluation on the detailed Interaction design to address the problem areas of your website or application.
